Meghan Welch
Managing Director
Meghan is a Managing Director for KPMG CF LLC, in the Diversified Industrials Team, and leads the Aerospace and Defense sector. She is based in the Orlando office.
Meghan joins KPMG from AGC Partners and Houlihan Lokey. Meghan brings nearly two decades of execution experience, having advised on more than 65 sell side and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, fairness opinions, restructuring advisory and capital raises.
For the entirety of her career, Meg has focused her investment banking efforts exclusively on the aerospace and defense industry and has worked with a wide array of Fortune 500 and international companies, small-caps, entrepreneurs and private equity owners. Her clients have included most of the world's leading aerospace and defense contractors and next-generation technology solution providers.
Meghan received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Boston University.
