Exclusive financial advisor to Vena Solutions
KPMG Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vena Solutions.
KPMG Corporate Finance LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Vena Solutions (Vena) on its approximately $30M CAD capital raise led by Centana Growth Partners.
Based in Toronto, Ontario, Vena provides cloud-based corporate performance management (CPM) software that turns Excel into an enterprise-class platform to automate financial and other spreadsheet-driven processes across organizations. The company has hundreds of customers, including many globally recognized brands, that use Vena for CPM applications, including budgeting, financial close management, reporting, and automating other spreadsheet-driven processes across and beyond finance.
