KPMG Corporate Finance LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to SwiftWater Energy Services, LLC (“SwiftWater” or the “Company”), a provider of water management and water solutions to oil and gas operators in the Permian Basin market, on its sale to TETRA Technologies, Inc. (“TETRA”)

Founded in 2013, SwiftWater has grown organically to more than 300 employees in three locations and offers multiple service lines, including: layflat hose water transfer, water treatment, above-ground water storage, poly pipe, and pit lining rentals. The addition of SwiftWater expands TETRA’s market share in the Permian, which is one of the fastest growing basins for oilfield services globally, by adding significant capacity as well as incremental products and services.
