KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Sayres & Associates Corporation (Sayres or the Company) to Broadtree Partners (Broadtree).
Headquartered in Washington, DC, Sayres provides acquisition, engineering, operations, training, war gaming, and security support services to various government customers worldwide. The Company has over 300 employees, operates out of four offices nationwide, and provides services in 14 states as well as Japan, Bahrain, and classified locations.
Through its Naval Operations, Maritime Fleet Operations, and Intel & Security divisions, Sayres leverages past performance and institutional knowledge across these divisions to provide a broad spectrum of management, engineering, and administrative services including acquisition, financial and program management, fleet synthetic training, integrated logistics support, ship construction engineering, systems engineering and integration, war gaming, test and evaluation, security, policy analysis, and counterintelligence.
Sayres will serve as Broadtree’s platform in the government services sector as it looks to grow both organically and through add-on acquisitions. Miles & Stockbridge P.C. served as legal counsel to Sayres & Associates Corporation.
