KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Saratoga Spring Water Company (“SSWC” or the “Company”) to BlueTriton Brands (“BlueTriton”), an industry leader in natural spring water.
Founded in 1872 in the town of Saratoga Springs, New York, Saratoga Spring Water Company is a nationally-recognized producer of premium domestic spring water. Originally founded as Saratoga Vichy, the company began bottling the distinct natural spring waters for which the area is known.
The Company is committed to achieving growth and providing customers with the safe, high-quality, and attractive products while ensuring environmentally responsible practices and sustainable methods across operations. Today, Saratoga Spring Water is sold throughout the United States and internationally and is served in some of the world's finest restaurants, hotels, resorts, grocers, and cafeterias.
