KPMG Corporate Finance acted as exclusive financial advisor to Renal Services Limited on the sale of the business to DaVita International Group
KPMG Corporate Finance LLC and KPMG LLP UK (together, “KPMG Corporate Finance”) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Renal Services (UK) Limited (“Renal Services” or “the Company”) on the sale of the business to DaVita International Group, a subsidiary of DaVita, Inc. (“DaVita”).
Renal Services operates twenty-one dialysis units across the United Kingdom. The Company aims to improve patients’ quality of life, allowing them easier access to local hemodialysis and more personal freedom.
DaVita is a leading health care provider focused on transforming care delivery to improve quality of life for people receiving dialysis treatment globally. DaVita delivers kidney care services to approximately 240,000 patients across 3,100 clinics in 10 countries. DaVita has been recognized as a leader in clinical quality and innovation, with improved outcomes, reduced hospitalizations and higher patient satisfaction.
