(“Razzoo’s” or the “Company”), a leading Gulf Coast-inspired, specialty casual restaurant concept, in raising new senior debt facilities to provide funding for the Company’s new store growth plans while also providing a dividend to shareholders.
Founded in 1991 and based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, Razzoo’s has 20 locations – 19 located throughout Texas (primarily in the DFW area) and one location in Concord, NC. Razzoo’s is a highly differentiated concept focused on guest experience, quality, authenticity, and customer service in a fun and upbeat atmosphere. The Company’s exciting new concept, Tricky Fish, is a fast casual approach to Golf Coast-inspired cuisine with an upbeat experience that appeals to a faster paced demographic.
KPMG CF approached a targeted universe of senior, unitranche, and subordinated debt capital providers, and successfully raised a new credit facility for the Company.
