KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (“KPMG CF”) is pleased to announce the recapitalization of R3 Wound Care and Hyperbarics (“R3” or the “Company”) by 3 Rivers Capital, LLC (“3RC”).
R3 is a non-hospital service provider of advanced wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy (“HBOT”). The Company has in-network contracts with all major insurance providers. R3 specializes in wound healing, post-surgical wound care, diabetic wound treatment, infection healing options, and more. With four locations in Texas, the Company currently serves the Dallas Fort Worth and San Antonio areas.
Founded in 2005, 3RC is a Pittsburgh-based private equity firm that focuses on partnering with family owners, entrepreneurs and existing management teams to acquire niche, founder-owned services businesses. A major area of focus for 3RC is healthcare services outside of the hospital setting, particularly where the service provider can produce better patient outcomes and satisfaction at a lower price point for both patients and payers.
