KPMG Corporate Finance LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to PGV Solutions Midwest, LLC (“PGV”) in its acquisition of SDI Solutions, LLC (“SDI”) through a Section 363 Sale under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
SDI was founded in 1996 as an information technology professional services firm serving local government, utilities and commercial real estate sectors offering complex enterprise application deployments, mission-critical infrastructure services and integrated electronic security systems. The firm’s client portfolio includes major government, airport, tolling, commercial banks and healthcare organizations, and employs 150 business and technical professionals.
The acquisition marks the return of Mr. David Gupta (founder of SDI Solutions) to the helm of the business as the owner and CEO of the newly combined businesses. The firm will concentrate its positioning as a trusted partner in its local regions to address the unique requirements of high-demand technology systems, including electronic security systems and enterprise back-office applications.
