KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Oak Mountain Industries, Inc. to Industry Services Co., a portfolio company of Osceola Capital Management.
Oak Mountain Industries and its affiliate Glasrock Products (collectively “OMI” or the “Company”) is a leading provider of maintenance and construction services to a wide range of industrial manufacturers. The Company’s services include refractory maintenance, installation, and construction ranging from routine daily maintenance to large-scale capital projects. OMI serves the steel, coke, cement, lime, and nonferrous metals industries. The Company’s headquarters are located in Pittsburgh, PA (USA) and Hamilton, ON (Canada).
