Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Hudson Oaks, Texas, Nextlink delivers voice and broadband data services over its fixed wireless and fiber-optic network which, together with delivering highest quality customer experience, has led to industry-leading customer retention rates and rapid growth. Nextlink is the fifth largest wireless internet service provider in the U.S., broadband services and voice services to over 48,000 residential and business subscribers in underserved and rural markets throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Iowa, Illinois, and Nebraska.
The transaction was led by KPMG Corporate Finance’s Capital Advisory team and Communication Systems & Technologies sector team.
