KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (KPMG CF) acted as exclusive financial advisor to Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning & General Contracting, Inc. (“Ned Stevens”) on its sale to Incline Equity Partners.

Ned Stevens is the leading provider of year-round, full-service gutter cleaning, maintenance, installation, repair, and other closely-aligned exterior residential maintenance services to 80,000 residential customers in 13 states. The Company is headquartered in New Jersey and has a 50 year history under the same family ownership.

Ned Stevens retained KPMG CF as its exclusive financial advisor to explore its strategic alternatives including a sale of the Company. KPMG CF leveraged its deep residential and facilities services industry expertise and relationships to market the transaction to strategic and financial buyers. By positioning the Company to highlight its strong and recurring client base, brand name and attractive growth story, KPMG CF was able to attract significant buyer interest.
