Throughout the process, Turnspire demonstrated strong industry knowledge and a steadfast commitment to Management’s vision of the business and its growth opportunities. LMI will continue to be run by its founder, who will retain a significant ownership stake.

LMI is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of premium replacement toner cartridges, remanufactured printers and parts, and related imaging supplies, and is a critical supplier to the Managed Print Services market.
