KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Innovative Switchgear Solutions, Inc. (“ISG”) to Eaton.
About Innovative Switchgear Solutions
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Dacono, Colorado, ISG is a specialty manufacturer of medium-voltage electrical equipment serving the North American utility, commercial and industrial markets. ISG leverages proprietary technology to deliver comprehensive, environmentally-friendly switchgear solutions that solve customers’ engineering, functionality, operational, and space utilization challenges. ISG’s products are highly engineered, offering lower maintenance and safer technology than conventional air-, oil- or SF6-filled switchgear, and have experienced strong adoption since inception.
