KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of Clear Rate Communications, Inc. (Clear Rate or the Company) to Linx Partners, LLC (Linx).
Headquartered in Troy, Michigan, Clear Rate is an innovative telecommunications and broadband services provider. The Company has built a network comprising fixed wireless facilities, data centers, and over 100 route miles of access fiber with which it offers high-speed internet, cloud solutions, voice over internet, and managed IT solutions to over 30,000 residential and business customers in 26 states.
Our objectives in this transaction were to provide a great outcome for Clear Rate shareholders and to find new ownership who could bring the relationships, experience, and capital necessary to unlock Clear Rate’s long-term potential.
