TCA has developed a high-recurring revenue franchise model which provides franchisees with training, operational support, proprietary software systems and the development and delivery of highly effective marketing programs.
Given favorable market conditions, TCA retained KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (KPMG CF) as its exclusive financial advisor to explore its strategic alternatives including a dividend recapitalization and sale of the Company. KPMG CF leveraged its deep business services, cleaning and consumer industry expertise and relationships to market the transaction to strategic and financial buyers.
