KPMG Corporate Finance LLC is pleased to announce the sale of the semiconductor and flat panel display solutions business from BISTel, Inc. (the "Company") to Synopsys, Inc. The key factors that supported the team’s success included broad industry knowledge of the semiconductor/flat-panel display landscape, our strong global footprint, and the ability to manage a complex divestiture process. The transaction was highly complex, requiring a formal spin‑out process of Korean assets which were excluded from the deal, many transition services agreements and cross‑licenses, and approval from the Korean government.
