Ownership sought to identify a strategic partner with a shared view of A/Z’s continued success, while providing liquidity to existing shareholders. KPMG Corporate Finance LLC (KPMG CF) acted as the exclusive financial advisor to A/Z Corporation on its sale to Cianbro Corporation.

Key factors supporting this transaction included the Business Services team’s deep knowledge of the engineering and construction services industry, ability to leverage strong, global buyer relationships and knowledge of the financial and operational complexities unique to these businesses.
