Background
- Doug joined KPMG Corporate Finance in 2011 as a member of the Capital Advisory Team. Doug has experience raising senior debt (cash flow and asset based), junior capital, and equity financings.
- Doug’s focus is providing value to public and private clients through capital structure advisory and capital raises of senior debt, junior capital or equity.
Professional and industry experience
- Since joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Doug has assisted deal teams in developing financial models, preparing offering memoranda, and providing deal execution support.
- Prior to joining KPMG Corporate Finance, Doug was a Senior Associate in the Federal Tax Practice at KPMG LLP. He provided tax provision and compliance services for a broad range of clients with various tax structures. Representative clients included CDW Corp., Jimmy John’s, Sumitomo and Barilla.
- Broad range of sector experience, including retail, automotive, healthcare and consumer markets.
