Ken Allen is the Advisory Managing Director, aligned to Corporate Finance in Deal Advisory & Strategy. Based in Boston, Ken leads the firm’s Corporate Finance efforts in the Technology Services sector. Ken brings over 20 years of investment banking experience to KPMG. Prior to KPMG, Ken was a founding partner at Seaport Capital Partners (“SCP”), a strategic advisory firm. Prior to SCP, Ken led the Global Technology Services investment banking efforts for PJT Partners, Blackstone, and Deutsche Bank Securities. Over the course of his career, Ken has executed over 40 strategic transactions for clients having an aggregate value of over $40 billion.

Ken received his B.E. in Electrical Engineering from Dartmouth College’s Thayer School of Engineering, graduating with Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa honors, and earned his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, where he graduated as a Tuck Scholar.
